We are bound together by friendship, by putting heart into learning and by having fun! Visitors and prospective families often comment on the friendly atmosphere in the School and being made to feel very welcome by all.
We pride ourselves on creating a happy, nurturing and supportive place where every child, and their family, feels known and valued. As a school of around 200 pupils, we are able to quickly know our children, and know them well. Parents/Carers are always welcome into school and we organise an abundance of events to which parents, carers and extended familiy members are invited to attend. These attract a stong attendance from families of both day and boarding pupils and include events such as:

- Weekly Friday coffee mornings and chapel services
- Exeat and end of term music concerts
- House competitions
- Drama productions
- Grandparents’ coffee mornings
- Boarding lectures and dinners
