16:00 All new Year 9 Pupils should arrive to their House, wearing School Uniform at 16:00.
17:00 Following a short period of settling in, parents are then invited to the Headmaster’s Reception to be held in Powell Hall at 17:00 whilst the pupils change and begin their climb of Winder. Parents will depart directly from this reception.
SUNDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2024
14:00 All NEW pupils in Year 10, 11 and 12 to arrive to their House, wearing school uniform, at 14:00.
18:00 All NEW pupils to arrive in House15:00 Following a short period of settling in, all new pupils and their parents are then invited to the Headmaster’s Reception to be held in Powell Hall at 15:00.
15:45 New pupils return to their House and change to begin their climb of Winder at 16:00.
16:30 Parents will depart directly from this reception by 16:30.
18:00 All returning Year 10, 11, 12 and 13 pupils.
Any Year 13 pupils that have been asked to arrive earlier on Saturday 31st by their Housemaster or Housemistress should follow their specific instructions.
