In Year 9, pupils will study French and Spanish. In order to place your child in the appropriate level class, please complete the form below to indicate your child’s experience in these languages.

Pupils who have Learning Support or learn English as an Additional Language, may end up only studying a single language. More information will be passed on about this in September.

Roughly a third of the year group will study Latin, including those who have studied it in their previous school, plus those who wish to take it up as a beginners’ subject. Those not studying Latin will be studying Classical Civilization.
